This book of reworked fairy tales has a couple of real gems and several big names. Neil Gaiman's "Instructions" was not really a story, but more like a list of do's and don'ts when entering the fairy tale realm. The modern setting for the Hansel and Gretel tale was creepy and I wanted to find out more about their life when they return to their father. The redone Cinderella story was amusing, making fun of all those flitting birds from the Disney version. The Twelve Months of the Year story was also well done, and had a very good message that how you see things has a tremendous impact on how happy your life is. Definitely recommend to anyone.
