really liked it

This is difficult for me to review because I have Zero sense of humor about copyright law, which is too bad as it's a central conceit of the story. The good news, though, is it's still a goofy sci-fi-ish adventure that I couldn't put down. I really marveled at the intricate world(s) Reid creates, and how he strings it all together (full disclosure - he's a friend). It stands alone as a romping fun read, but if you've followed any of the music biz's Sisyphean battles against piracy it picks up more flavor - it's like getting the Pappy Van Winkle 23 when you only asked for 15.

The audiobook, read by John Hodgman, will likely be a hoot.
