Crooked House lives up to its name by being one of the most twisted novels I've ever read of Christie's, but at the same time it's what makes it brilliant as well. The mystery is compelling, the characters are well developed and the twist at the end of this mystery is kind of both brilliant and horrifying, especially when the motive for the crime is revealed. This is exactly what people expect from an Agatha Christie novel when they come to read her books and if they read this mystery they will definitely not be disappointed. I thought it was great - possibly on par with Murder on the Orient Express.
