A beautiful portrayal of God's relentless love!

I love reading this book as it reminds me of God's faithfulness and his passion for each one of us. It also serves as a reminder of the hundreds of thousands of women and young girls who are still subjected to the despicable abuse that Angel went through. The themes of this book can't be confined to California in the 1800's. They are still very real today.

Thanks to Francine Rivers for tackling issues that other Christian authors are too afraid to confront.
