really liked it

This is an excellent book about combating procrastination. Unlike most approaches, it recognizes the disabling trap that is easy to fall in to when trying to address the problems of procrastination. As people read books like this one try to fight the effects of procrastination, the most typical response is to self-identify as "a procrastinator," which actually creates even more problems as procrastination becomes not a problem one deals with but something that one feels born into. The book lays out some ways to prevent this, along with other tried and true methods to get started. While it's not a miracle success compared to other books, the emphases on psychology makes it more likely to lead to improvement.
