Ignoring Gravity [Rose Haldane: Identity Detective #1]

A cracker of a story from Sandra Danby, about adoption, identity, trust, familial relationships and stability. Rose's life is upended when she finds out after her mother's death, that she was adopted as a baby. Rose picks her life apart and that of her sister Lily in a quest to understand. Beautiful characterization of Rose's Dad, John and her grandmother Bizzie. I loved this story and how it unfolded. Early menopause and infertility are cleverly woven into Rose and Lily's story as they both grapple with their individual difficulties.
The sequel, 'Connectedness' is already in my kindle library and I look forward to continuing this super story.
