[audio, but the edition wasn't a choice and since I didn't finish I didn't want to add it]. I selected this title based on its review in Audiofile Magazine. I didn't rate it because I didn't get far enough in to it to be fair. It's feel is classically Nordic: bleak and by the time our protagonist is stark naked negotiating (unsuccessfully) with a hostage-taker I just felt there were other titles I wanted to read more. But I didn't like Stieg Larsson's books either.
