Finally we get to know what's inside that last little blue envelope--the one that got stolen along with Ginny's backpack while she was swimming with her newfound friends in Greece! Only there's a catch. The dude who has the envelope, Oliver, will not let Ginny read it until he gets a cut from her aunt's last work of art. That means he has to travel with her while she pieces together the clues to the bits and pieces of her aunt's jigsaw puzzle. Rather than traveling alone with the con man, Ginny enlists the help of her sort-of boyfriend Keith. Just when she started envisioning herself canoodling with him under the Parisian stars, she discovers he has a girlfriend who is dying to tag along on the adventure. Ah teen can be so fickle.

Madcap adventures ensue as Ginny and the gang search far and wide for all the missing pieces of her aunt's final magnum opus. As expected, Keith exposes his true colors, and an unexpected dark horse enters the scene. Aside from the teen romance (snore), this was a pretty good story, but not nearly as fun as the first book. There's something so thrilling about a teenage girl backpacking around Europe all on her own, meeting new friends and foes along the way. But in this book, she's road-tripping with a group of semi-annoying teens; in Keith's case, mega-annoying. I'll be honest, he's a tool and Ginny can do so much better!

All in all, this is an amusing European road-trip book, but not nearly as good as the first. However, it's definitely worth a read, especially if you're dying to know what's inside that last little blue envelope! It was also nice to see how Ginny's relationship blossomed with her sweet, lonely uncle in London. This time around, everything was tied up in a neat little bow and we can all rest easy knowing Aunt Peg's last dying wish was fulfilled.
