If you want to know what goes on in your brain when you are trying to make up your mind about something, this is the book for you. Quite cornily, I had loads of 'aha!' moments when I was reading this book. This is not Blink or any of the other pop-sci books out there - this actually tells you what the different parts of your brain does in decision-making, and why people sometimes make bad decisions.

Loads of great examples and studies in this book. I enjoyed it immensely and recommend it to anyone who is interested in thinking about thinking and wants to know how to make better choices.
