I forget who turned me on to this one, but Thanks!!

Well, having finished, I agree with essentially EVERYTHING he postulates, ... but the writing is as stream-of-consciousness organized as mine is on any given day... his comparison between ill effects of taking in too much junk food and taking in too much junk information is well worth considering. (Your are what you eat : You are what you read) And the apps and devices he proposes for getting control over our screen lives may work for some people. And it is no surprise that someone who was able to discipline himself to train for and run a marathon would have written this book.
