Definitely Dead (Sookie Stackhouse, #6)
The book is very different from the show now and I found myself having a hard time disconnecting with what I felt should be happening because of the show and what is really happening in the books initially. I have mixed feelings about Sookie's new mate Quinn because part of me loves his two-natured tiger side - it reminds me of one my favorite characters in Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter series, but he seems awkward at times and when I compare his kindness & manliness to Alcide, I worry that his sweetness will fade and become just as dangerous as Alcide did. I was happy to finally see mention of Sookie having faerie blood and I'm definitely curious how the book will take that leg of her story compared to the tv show.
