Calming your Anxious Mind lets you become familiar with the logic behind mindfulness and meditation. It's very repetitive and dull after you get halfway through it; it could be shorter.

Still, Jeff Brantley conveys the importance of living a present life. And he gives a few methods of achieving this presence.
