it was amazing
bookshelves: owned-books, mystery

I own all of the Inspector Guido books, the cookbook, and the Venice guide. I won't list them all, but the last two or three have been disappointing. The plots have been slow. The author seems to have moved to an agenda of bashing Italy's political situation. Her comments on the government are richly deserved, but this reader would like a more interesting story as so many of her early ones in the series were.
