really liked it

A very nerdy way to approach dieting but exactly what I was looking for! Even though this plan allows you to ignore healthy foods and ignore exercise, he makes logical arguments to not do so and encourages you to look at the plan as a whole.

There is a lot of work to do in the beginning to track calories and get in the habit of recording your weight every morning, but if you are the nerdy, computery, mathy, engineery, logical type and are looking to lose weight, this is it!
