For the good part: Both Alyssa and Marco had great chemistry. I love the ex SF wounded soul and believe that brought depth into Marco’s character. Alyssa was funny, witty and had an upbeat personality. She was a good character to read.

The ending was a bit rushed. We readers could see both POV and get how the characters got there, but let’s be real; they never even say I love you to one another.

On the not so good parts: Marco suffers from “apraxia, the occasional inability to say a word and communicate his thoughts” – as expressed on the book, while this illness is characterized by loss of the ability to execute or carry out learned purposeful movements. I believe the correct illness the author is referring to is Aphasia: the impairment of language ability. But what really bothers me about that is that while it nearly incapacitate Marco for a few minutes at the beginning of the book, it hardly ever happen again, which strike me as unbelievable.
