I would read anything Regina Sirois writes! I thoroughly enjoyed her writing style. She creates beautiful, realistic characters that you can relate to and her descriptions brings you right inside the book. That doesn't happen often for me so I really enjoyed this experience. The author touched places in my heart and my memories I thought long dead and gone - I found myself thinking "that was a good way to handle that situation". Two sisters separate for 20 years due to misunderstandings and lack of communication, are finally brought together by the younger sisters daughter, Jennifer. While visiting the aunt she never knew existed she loses her teenage heart to a brilliant boy that her Aunt Sarah teaches. The trials and tribulations are real life. The lack of communication and understanding about love and how it can rear its ugly head between the two young people. Teenage love is difficult at best and she really shows how we often times don't say what we really feel or mean. Little - what can you say about her? She is a vibrant character and every one should have an opportunity to know a woman like her! Sarah is such a sweet lady and Claire is tough as nails but you find yourself loving and understanding them both. LOVED this book - it was sad to see it end. I could go on and on. Highly recommend!
