really liked it

I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about this book. I liked the idea loyalty to family and friends. There is an ominous feeling of hopelessness surrounding Will's predicament and although he makes it through some tough moments I'm still left wondering how things can get better for him.

Digging tunnels and archaeological (sp?) stuff is unfamiliar territory but was interesting nonetheless.

There is a sequel and I'm looking forward to reading it.

Joy . . .how intriguing!

Moana I finally read "The Maze of Bones" and it was okay. There are alot of characters in the family and it can be a challenge to keep track of Who's Who. Interestingly enough, you can go online and study it all out. It has a feeling like "The Amazing Race" where everyone is racing around the world looking for clues to unlock the secret of the family's fortune, but it's also scary with bad feelings among family members manifesting themselves in lethal ways. I haven't seen it in the library system yet. You can borrow my copy if you'd like to check it out.
