An interesting book which I only just round to writing the review for, though I finished it a while ago. In the pantheon of self-help books which aim to allow the reader to improve their lives, this is an interesting contradiction.

On the one hand, I found it to be thoroughly interesting, well backed with citations and studies. It also has a lot fo logical conclusions and really engages you to think about behaviour. On the other, part of the conclusion from reading the book is that we are rather trapped by both thinking fast and slow, and there isn't a whole lot we can do to avoid it.

So it raises your awareness without necessarily giving you solutions. Some things in life are like that I guess! Nevertheless, I would recommend it, I enjoyed the experience.
