I love Megan Derrs stories! I know that Fehu had her in mind when she wrote that letter because it sounds just like a story Megan would make up.
I'm always bad in writing a review for a book I like because the stars speak for themselves. And I tend to overlook mistakes or better I'm willing to overlook little flaws.
This story was sweet and dramatic and really engaging. I know it sounds strange but I love it when characters are tortured (just not to death please ^^) and rescued but are still strong. Although it was just a short story the feelings and character development were really good. I didn't feel rushed through the storyline but taken gentle by the hand. Well, that might sound stupid (told you I'm not good at review great books).
Bottomline is: I loved every minute of reading this book, characters and conflicts were great and I just wish there will be a sequel.
