Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World
Good eight-week program for starting a meditation practice. The authors base their plan on Jon Kabat-Zinn's work on mindfulness, but add their own ideas. The key of example I noticed was their chapter/week on turning toward difficulties. They still focused on sensations but kept the difficulty in mind rather than bring the focus back to the breath. I will read this book again.
