This is a story of a little-known psychopath who terrified the city of New Orleans. Much like Jack the Ripper, this particular murderer was never caught nor were any credible arrests made. It's a particularly chilling tale of a mystery person who would break into people's homes and assault them with their own woodcutting axes. Though a number of people managed to survive, some did not. I found it to be a gruesome, yet interesting story. I recommend it to people who are fans of crime graphic novels.
