really liked it
bookshelves: non-fiction, science, personal-enrichment, top-shelf

As other readers mentioned, there are sections I had some difficulty understanding, but welcomed his overall theory.

The greatest insight for me was observing his map and summaries of consciousness. It's made me much more aware of what kinds of people, places and things I surround myself with.

Also, I really enjoyed the two page list of adjectives describing powerful positive patterns (and negative patterns) on pages 146-147. I actually typed out all the positive words on two pages and read them occasionally. By just taking a few minutes, sitting quietly and reading them, I can physically feel stronger.

Very cool.
