I loved the initial concept for this book. A girl runs into her ex just after she decides to skip out on her wedding. Any second chance at love stories always have me intrigued. However, this book took forever to get into and dragged on slowly. I did enjoy the steamy moments between the two characters. I could not even tell you how much the villain Shannon in this book annoys me. Which the author did an amazing job at getting you to dislike her. I did enjoy the authors writing I just think I would have liked the book more if I had liked the characters a little bit more. I will just have to try another one of the authors books.
