An excellent thriller from the pen of James Patterson. The heroin is entirely different from his normal main character. The book takes place mostly in prison and depicts the grizzly life of prison life. The strength of the book is the heroin's strength. She maintains this strength through out the entire book. We are kept in the dark as to who the band guys are. At the end the main character finds away to bring out the people who committed the crime. You see both strength and weakness in the main character.

You keep waiting wondering how the actual murders will ever be found out if the main character continues to remain in prison. The end is surprising and taut.
