Though much of this book covers interesting research into what makes us introverts tick, the final third or so devolved into a self help styled advice column for living with introversion. That's not really what I was seeking. I was also marginally put off by her frequent use of biblical characters as examples of famous introverts in history. These minor shortcomings aside, I'm glad I read this eye opening account of why life has seemed so frustrating for me these last 56 years.
