really liked it

Loved the writing and characters as always. Loved the Southern setting, the authenticity, the mood and feel of the book. In fact, I was completely in love with the book until the heroine's motivations became revealed. And then I just could not suspend disbelief. She did something that didn't make a lot of sense, something I could never do. I wasn't buying it. The whole adultery thing didn't make me like her and the hero more, either. I started out loving the characters, but instead of that love growing, I liked them less by novel's end. Having said that, the books is still a very well written thriller, and I will buy the author's next book and the next.
