Started out well... And then grew monotonous. That is the best word for this book. Ever's thoughts and feelings about Damen: repetitive. Ever's relationship with her friends, family, and classmates: tedious. The overall plot and "bad" guy: dull.

And can I just say, Roman's British accent is about as believable as Madonna's is. Which is to say, not at all.

Most certainly done with this series.

Paula yikes. not having good luck with the ya tbr pile.

Letitia Nope. And guess what I'm going to try next? Nightshade by Andrea Cremer. I expect it to be a DNF after actually finishing these last two stinkers. But, at least they'll be off my shelf and I can trade them in at the UBS.

Paula Eeeeek! You already know how I feel about that book. DNF and SOLD.

Letitia I've spent most of today copying and pasting the reviews I've done on GR to Amazon. A lot of our favorites don't have very many reviews. Dare, Kane - even Ione. I hope it helps them sell more. And I hope it helps sell less of others *cough* Bloodlines *cough*...

Letitia Yeah, my expectations are soooo low. I got it for under $1, so, not like I could pass it up. At least I should get more than I paid for it back in trade...

Paula That's a great idea. I might do that when I find the time. Especially for those three authors who rock!
