it was amazing

Brilliant book! The world is so developed that it reads almost like something that really happened. I'm not leaving a full review until I've finished reading it, but so far...very impressed. ^_^

Aggie I am loving it too, Anna. Tam and Herne are great characters!

Anna Mayle They really are, and the hunt is hideous in just the right way ^_^. I loved the opening scene with the other spirits too. It had the feel of a page from history. I'll admit I didn't know much about the legend of Herne the Hunter, and I ended up searching it out, just to see if parts of that beginning were true legend or if it was all of the authors making.

Aggie I didn't know anything about the mythology. But that didn't bother me. It was great. I agree the opening scene was good. Kay draws you into her world and you don't want to stop reading.

Anna Mayle Exactly right!
