really liked it
bookshelves: historical-period-romance

I wanted to see Trent really get what was coming to him. After all that, the climax was a little dull. There was not real feeling of resolve other than the relationship between constantine and Jane. Jane was just on the border of being one of those heroine's that I did not like. Constantine did not have enough dark edge for me, but I guess that was the point that trying to be brought accross. Everyone made the wrong assumption about who he was as a person and man. All in all I liked the book, the love scene with the mirror involved?....O mama HOT HOT HOT!! On to the next in the series but there had better be some mention of these two in the next book, hopefully with a bun in the oven or more!
