Bailey has always had male friends but after her recent break-up she finds herself wishing for some female company. During a recent pity party she hears her room mates discussing her lack of sex life and after a drink too many she confides in them that she yas yet to experience an orgasm with a partner. To me that's just like issuing a challenge that no male could resist! I would have liked Linc to be a bigger part of the story prior to their relationship starting. I felt like I knew more about her flatmates than Linc, I even knew more about the rats than Linc.

That said it is a fun, light, quick read that I would class as a contemporary romance. I enjoyed the use of British slang terms and we do have a different sense of humour than our American counterparts, and although you could figure out what the terms mean by the context of the story I'm curious as to whether the humour will translate well.

I award Beautiful Mess 3.5 Stars
