it was amazing
bookshelves: autobiography
Read from May 06 to 08, 2012

I am a relatively new 'fan' of Bear Grylls and picked this book up mainly for my husband, but after reading the back I was intreagued - Bear had achieved a lot- I wanted to learn what his motivation was and more about his personality and the drive which enabled him to conquer adversity and achieve his dreams. The book is very well written and it flows through his life, from his time as a trouble making youngster through to boarding school and SAS selection to climbling Everest. This book tells his story of his action-packed life up to getting his tv series and I look forward to reading the next installment - he is still achieving so much and is not yet 40 - he should be an inspiration to all - persist and you can succeed...
