it was amazing
bookshelves: fiction

This is a poignant story of a Harvard professor's struggle with early-onset Alzheimer's disease. I enjoyed both the novel and the movie, including Julianne Moore's Oscar-winning performance. The novel offers more insight of Alice's thought process as her condition worsens. The movie, I think, made the characterization of her family members more rounded and sympathetic.
