Cal is still on the run...trying to solve his dying father's clue about the Ormond Singularity with the Ormond Riddle. Now it is March. but he has to survive all 365 days. The cops are after him, Sligo, the thug is on his trail, and now his Uncle hired private detectives. His best friend, Boges is helping as much as he can, but he is under scrutiny too.

His father's nurse, Jennifer Smith, finally connected with Cal, and she seems to be trustworthy, but she didn't give him a crucial component to the puzzle that she has in her position. Cal with new friend, street-wise, Repro break into the thug's apartment and steal the Ormond Riddle. Now, they are after him, and time is getting short. Everyone seems to be after him. Cal decides to try to get to the country house of his elderly uncle, hoping he will have some answers...but those after him have other ideas. We leave Cal immediately following a horrific car crash with the thugs on his tail.
