Bought off the Porch sales table at capitol Books of Montgomery - dagnabit!

Didn't get the point actually. Story about a woman married 48 years to a wealthy man. He strays and asks her for a divorce. She has two daughters in their early 50's, late 40's, from a previous marriage. They find themselves the middle-aged products of a broken home.
The mother and the two daughters move to an old cottage on Westport, Connecticut and their lives as they develop there.

I didn't get it - just bi-zarre.

Don't recommend.
