I enjoyed the content, but it was quite repetitive. I haven't read his blog, so I can't say this for certain, but I suspect that this was originally a series of blog posts (or maybe lectures), because that's how it reads. There were several times when he alluded to things that he didn't want to get into at that point, and I always thought, "Please do! That's what books are for!" I would have enjoyed reading those things. Instead, he would introduce one new concept and then review all the previous concepts that led up to it, even though I had just read them five minutes ago with the last new concept that he had introduced. It's the literary equivalent of The Old Woman Who Swallowed a Fly. Fun in a song - not so much in a book.
