really liked it
bookshelves: deserved-its-hype, my-axis-just-tilted

Edit: ...apparently this book is not for atheists, and should not be used to try and convert. Jeez, reviewers make me question my tastes in books, movies, and music like I'm a damn hipster.

Everyone is probably wondering the same thing I was when I picked up "Life of Pi"; how in the world can you fill a book about a boy and a tiger in the middle of the ocean? There's only so many things that can happen... I assumed a crap load of internal dialogue. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of action that was in this book. It tickled both my love of animals and my interest in religion. It really is a terrific book, but obviously not for everyone. I highly recommend it.
