Stillhouse Lake (Stillhouse Lake, #1)
Feb 23, 2020
Psychological suspense plus fast-paced action make this a quick and compulsive read. Gina Royal thinks she has a happy marriage and a normal life until she comes home from picking the kids up at school to find her home surrounded by police cars and curious neighbors. Her husband is serial killer and she honestly had no idea. Most of Stillhouse Lake takes place four years later. Gina and her children have been on the run, continuously moving and changing names as they flee from murder victim's relatives and other crazy haters. At Stillhouse Lake she resolves they will run no more, and nearly loses her life and her children. Warning: this book has a reasonably good ending, but it is book one of a trilogy. I will be starting book two today. Both are on Kindle Unlimited.
