it was amazing
bookshelves: 5-star-books

All the Narnia books are like old friends to me. If I feel ill and spend the day in bed - this is my comfort reading. Generally, I don't collect books at all, but even so I have the full set of Narnia books on my shelves. I couldn't be without them.

I really HAVE to give these a go -
I got them for the children who read
them till they fell to bits !

Caroline I just love them. I've read, and re-read, and re-read them....

I think it would be worth starting off with the first book. Here is the goodreads listing for all of them. The chronological order (not the book order) is relevant to the reader, ie you would start with The Magician's Nephew.

You may hate them, but it would be sad if you never gave them a try.
