Over Sea, Under Stone

While this one certainly shows its age in places – always an issue with books featuring children – once the story got going and the pace picked up, it was still an engrossing read. The narrator, Alex Jennings does a marvellous job, particularly of depicting rather creepy Uncle Merryman. An enjoyable adventure with a real sense of tension.
