bookshelves: england
Read from May 27 to June 18, 2012 — I own a copy

Different people who have met each other for years in a house at the seaside, come together also this year. The house is owned by Lady Tressilian, a very typical English situation.
Mr Strange meets his ex wife Audrey there where she spends some time every year, together with his new wife Kay.

An old friend of Lady tessilian's dead husband stays in a hotel nearby and visits her too. The day after his visit he is found dead at the hotel. The morning after also lady Tessilian is found dead, murdered.

Inspector Battle is on holiday and stays with his nephew, also with the police. Together they are trying to solve this very different but also typical Agatha Christie story.

It had been some time since I read an Agatha Christie book and was missing them. Towards zero was to make it even ebtter also one of ehr stories which I hadn't read it. It was really good and just perfect to read.
