The Doll People is about a family of dolls that have lived in the same house for about 100 years. Annabelle and her family have been passed down through generations of girls. Annabelle feels a little tired and wants something to change. Then a new family of dolls moves into the bedroom next door. That is where she meets Tiffany Funcract and become friends instantly. With a friend by her side she is determined to find out what happened to her Aunt Sarah who disappeared about 50 years ago. It is a really fun book to read out loud to children. It allows them to use their imagination and think about a different world about dolls talking and having their own problems. It is a very cute and sweet story about friendship and courage!
