Zoe Winters effortlessly told her story in an absorbing way that literally had you wanting for more. The details, dialogues and descriptions were so well-put together and there’s no way anyone will dislike the story. There are twists that made you go ‘What?’, the flirting that made you feel guilty of reading and want to go to confession right away and the horrifying judgment scene (between Father Hadrian and a con artist) that made you ponder your own sins and become remorseful for committing them. Dark Mercy has it all, well-plotted and horrifyingly intriguing.
