it was amazing

My thoughts about this book:

• The opening of this story caught my interest right away. I wanted to find out who Macie was and why her marriage to Knox failed. Holt, Macie's ex-brother-in-law, wanted to know the reason, too.
• Holt was a very kind man. I enjoyed the way he handled children. He could outsmart his niece, Ruby, most of the time. It was fun to see this side of him.
• The dilemma presented in this novel: do you tell all the facts about what caused a failed marriage or do you try to protect others by not telling the unsavory truths? The truths will make you look better, but will they hurt others?
• Moore does an amazing job with her dialogues between her characters.
• The writer's words painted clear pictures that helped me to visualize the scenes and the emotions of the characters.
• This was a clean read and I appreciate that.

I was given an advance copy of this book. My review was voluntary and my opinions were my own. I highly recommend this Prosperity Ranch romance and I am looking forward to the next book in this series.
