File it under "interesting but meh". Discusses IQ, plane crashes, rice paddies leading to math brilliance, and Bill Gates at his computer.

There are some good bits about how kids born in January in Canada are the best at hockey, and a nice discussion on the American education system as compared to her global superiors. But overall, there's nothing about, say, creating your own sabremetrics to find your own outliers, or maybe a guide to gathering the data needed for your own statistical deductions like the ones in the book. What's here, instead, are stories, and the author protests their implications far too much.
