really liked it

Since I am absurdly obsessed with Ellen Potter, and happen to think that The Secret Garden is vastly overrated, this should have been the perfect book for me. And by and large I did like it. The only real problem I had was that Potter tried to get too much of The Secret Garden's plot into too few pages. I'd have been perfectly happy with her cutting more stuff, or writing a longer novel, but as it is there's a lot that is too rushed. This is especially true at the end, because Potter rightly (in my opinion) spends a ton of time on the first section of the story before Roo finds the garden or her cousin.
