really liked it
bookshelves: realistic-fiction, kindle, tearjerker
Read from July 14 to 19, 2012

I'm not sure what to think about this book. I've been writing and rewriting my review for a couple of times, and I'm still not sure how to express what I thought of it.

Most books have happy or AT LEAST optimistic endings and even when someone dies (it's not even a spoiler for this book. It's SO obvious that someone dies), there's always hope... Not in this book.
There's no way to hide it. This book is depressing, tear-jerking, and most of all - SAD. The ending didn't leave me a single hint of hope.
This book was great at any rate, I must say - the writing, plot, the characters, but most of all - it was so special, so unique and UNUSUAL comparing to all the light childish paranormal romance books I'm used to (sorry Twilight).
I recommend it for everyone who's looking for something deep for a change.
