it was amazing

Oh my! This was a great book, Hugh Howey has done it again.

I was pulled into the character's life so well that I felt like I knew them and wanted to see where they were headed, and then once I knew I wanted to help. Hugh Howey's attention to detail is so good you feel like you can actually see the scenes, as if you had been there yourself.

I have one negative about this book and I believe it is shared by others, as we told in previous books that the world was destroyed by our own doing, but I'm not sure the reasoning in First Shift - Legacy is truly believable. I'm just not sure that many politicians can keep a secret without back stabbing each other!

I am left with asking myself, would I want to forget; would it be too painful to remember or to painful to forget it ever happened?
