The Man Who Walked Between the Towers is a great story that tells the history behind the twin towers. Louis Petit was a tight roper who walked the ropes between the twin towers when they were first constructed. The illustrations are absolutely beautiful and the reader gets a vivid picture if they were actually watching him walk the ropes. It ties in 9/11 and would be a great book to bring up the discussion about this tragedy. Overall, this is a great book for any age and people of all ages would appreciate this book.
