Josephine Valenti couldn’t believe what she was watching on her laptop screen. She quickly closes down the laptop and calls the police. Josie could hardly get the words out when the male police officer asked her what had happened. She answered by telling the officer she had just witnessed a murder via Skype. The officer told her to come into the police station straight away, but on her way to the station, Josie was run off the road and taken by a man who she knew, Nate Hunter. Josie hadn’t seen Nate for a few years.

Josie knew her life was in danger and things were going from bad to worse really quickly. She feared her life could be over in a matter of days when she finds out that Nate is a different person now and he was involved with bikies, drugs, money laundering and prostitution.

In Safe Arms is the second book in the Grace & Poole series by Aussie author Lee Christine and I absolutely loved it. This was a fast paced romantic suspense novel that had me hooked right from the beginning.
