I am a christian who was saved and grew up in a charismatic/pentocostal church (which I loved and still love) and have steadily become more conservative in my theology and practice and worship. My tendency is to avoid the Holy spirit as 'emotional manipulation stuff' and think my walk with Jesus has suffered for that. This book is a great reminder of the power and privilege believers have in the Holy Spirit and Chan's writing is very accessible and also biblically grounded and solid. I liked it, you might like it too.
